From Alex’s passion for the world of gin, the themed “Fish & Gin” evenings were created in 2024, where both classic and contemporary dishes from the restaurant are paired with one of the world’s most beloved drinks: the gin and tonic.
A way to honor the history of Fassa while offering a twist with a pairing that goes beyond the usual wine or beer.
Gins from all over the world characterize these evenings, which are always very popular and appreciated by guests of all ages.

DRESS CODE
At Ristorante Alla Fassa, no specific dress code is required, as long as attire is appropriate for the setting and respectful of other guests. Swimwear and beach cover-ups are not permitted.
FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS
Pets are welcome throughout the property.
They stay free of charge in the inn and are always welcome in the restaurant upon prior notice at the time of booking.
Out of respect for all guests, pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed on chairs.

SUSTAINABILITY
At Alla Fassa, respect for the environment and the use of renewable energy sources have always been a priority.
As a first step, photovoltaic panels were installed; then, following the renovation in 2015, this philosophy was further strengthened with the addition of solar panels, heat pumps, and an electric vehicle charging station.
In 2020, the decision was made to eliminate the printed menu and introduce a digital menu via QR code.
A “challenging” and debated choice, but one that allows significant paper savings each year, especially considering the dynamic nature of the menu, which changes according to seasonality and the availability of raw ingredients.

The Veronesi family has been running the ‘Alla Fassa’ restaurant since 1988, and our new rooms have been available since 2015.
